Book tower

Made with pine with a ryoba handsaw and an impact drill/driver. The joinery is dowels and some glued blocks to provide additional support. In hindsight I should have cut some rabbets as the whole thing is rather flimsy, but it hasn’t failed me yet so I guess it’s fine.

Finished with mahogany colored lacquer.

Its main purpose is to hold my unread books and some plants.
